WidgoraTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Widgora ("the app"), developed by Koksoft ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. The app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.
Your content
You own the designs you create. You are responsible for the text, images and data sources you add, and for having the right to use them. Don't use the app to create or share unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
Third-party data
Weather, rates, quotes and other data come from third parties (including Apple WeatherKit) and custom APIs you add. We don't guarantee their accuracy or availability. Don't rely on the app for medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.
Purchases
Any paid features or subscriptions are sold through the App Store under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. iOS limits how often widgets refresh, so live data may not always be up to the second.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
